Good morning, Rams fam.
It’s August 27, which marks the Rams travel day to Miami for the team's final game of the 2014 preseason. Here’s what you need to know to start your Wednesday.
ROSTER TRIMMED TO 75
The Rams made four roster moves yesterday, highlighted by placing quarterback Sam Bradford on reserve/injured with a torn ACL, in order to meet the NFL-mandated 75-man roster limit at 3:00 p.m. CDT. Learn all about the rest of the Rams transactions here.
Following yesterday's practice, Myles Simmons caught up with defensive ends Robert Quinn and Chris Long to talk about the defense's ceiling and added responsibility due to the loss of Bradford.
The Rams roster is full of connections to South Florida, including former Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Kendall Langford. Casey Phillips spoke with him after practice about taking on his former team and braving the heat in Thursday's contest. Casey also chatted with Miami native Lamarcus Joyner about returning home.
